Before you can plan to eat our of your pantry, you have to know what’s in there! I knew we had lots of deer meat. We just picked up the meat last week so I know we’ve got plenty of meat to make it through the month, even with Phillip going low-carb. I took inventory today and this is what I found. (Watch out! It’s a long list!) And, if you have any ideas about how I should use the pureed foods (previously meant for Emily) or the mushy roast veggies (also meant for Emily), let me know!
Deep Freeze:

Wow! It took a while to read your list -- can't imagine how long it took to make it and decide on the menus for the month! You're way ahead of me!!
I started the menu planning after Emily went to bed...about 7:30 and finished about 9:30. Long and tiring work, but worth the effort!
wow. that's about all I can say. wow. I need to work on mine too....
